Walt Disney World Tickets from the 1970s

Just like Disneyland, Walt Disney World used the A-E ticket books.  Each ticket book had a transportation ticket and Magic Kingdom entry ticket and additional tickets could be purchased throughout the park from small kiosks.  Guests could also purchase general admission if they didn't plan on riding anything.  The price of individual ride tickets were:

A Ticket: 10 cents

B Ticket: 25 cents
C Ticket: 50 cents

D Ticket: 75 cents

E Ticket: 90 cents

Each attraction with the exception of the Walt Disney Story, Diamond Horseshoe Revue, Circle-Vision 360, If You Had Wings and Carousel of Progress required a ticket.

A Ticket:

Main Street Vehicles

Cinderella's Golden Carrousel

B Ticket:

Main Street Cinema (later became an A ticket)

Frontierland Shootin' Gallery

Mike Fink Keelboats

Dumbo, the Flying Elephant

Mad Tea Party

C Ticket:

Swiss Family Island Treehouse (later became a B ticket)

Snow White's Scary Adventures

Peter Pan's Flight

Mr. Toad's Wild Ride

Grand Prix Raceway

Davy Crockett's Explorer Canoes

D Ticket:

Walt Disney World Railroad (later became a C ticket)

Tropical Serenade

Liberty Square Riverboats

Skyway

Flight to the Moon/Mission to Mars

Tom Sawyer Island

Plaza Swan Boats

StarJets

WEDway PeopleMover

E Ticket:

Jungle Cruise

County Bear Jamboree

The Hall of Presidents (later became a D ticket)

The Haunted Mansion

20,000 Leagues Under the Sea

It's a Small World

The Mickey Mouse Revue (later became a D ticket)

Pirates of the Caribbean

Space Mountain

Big Thunder Mountain opened approximately eight days before A-E tickets were phased out.  During that short window of time, it most likely required an E Ticket to ride from the existing ticket books that were already in print.
